Myanmar's Suu Kyi freed

Pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi, detained for seven years by Myanmar's military junta, has been freed, China Xinhua news agency reported on Saturday.
It gave no other details or source for its information.
Witnesses said hundreds of her supporters rushed to her home after Myanmar authorities removed barricades in front of her compound, raising speculation of her release.
